This battery should be the same or greater capacity than the original battery. We do offer upgrade options on capacity just ask if this is something you require. Although we try to keep our replacement battery data as accurate as possible, quite often the manufacturers change the specifications of the batteries they supply in their UPS unit's. UPS unit's have a recalibration procedure built into their firmware. This involves deep-discharging and recharging the battery while the UPS is in a special test mode. Instructions for triggering such a recalibration will vary according to your UPS manufacturer. You can usually consult the devices handbook for instructions on this procedure. Make sure you check that both your battery model and device are shown the information tables below. Our warranty period is usually stated here on the product page, Most products come with a 1 year warranty, Some products do have 6 months. Details of what is included as part of our warranty can be seen in our information pages. Battery life is dictated by a number of different factors, including temperature, charging frequency and type of UPs unit. As a rule of thumb SLA cells can be charged around 1000 times, This drops to around 200 times if the battery is fully discharged on every use. All the batteries that we supply that are our CB Range are designed to be as long lasting as the original OEM battery. Our ISO 9001 certified batteries uses high quality components and each cells rating can be seen in the table above. Actual capacity and voltage may vary slightly from the original due to cell availability. The sealed lead acid battery shown will replace the batteries in the unit shown in the table below. We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

Can we use our own carriers or use our own FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post accounts to ship the order we have placed?

Our intelligent shipping estimation program automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight, distance to the destination, and the chosen shipping service. You'll be shown the available shipping methods, expected transit times, estimated delivery date, and pricing for each service.
It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.

ACCEPTANCE OF INCORRECT ADDRESSING ORDER POLICY

We kindly request that you review the address details provided in this email within 30 minutes of placing the order and inform us immediately of any errors. After this time has passed, we will consider the order as placed and the address details to have been accurately entered into our system.
Please be advised that in the event of an incorrect address being entered and the shipment being returned by the selected carrier, you as the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment and any return costs charged by the selected carrier.
