We get it! sometimes it is necessary to cancel your order. If your order has not already been processed we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Please be aware that we work hard to process your orders quickly and the window for cancellation of an order is very limited and at our discretion
Canadianbatteries.com uses a fully integrated point of sale to warehouse dispatch method to facilitate the fastest dispatch of products to our customers possible. Usually, once an order is placed it is reviewed for accuracy by one of the orders team and then is processed and sent to our warehouse team for dispatch.
There are a number of different order statuses that will be shown during the history of your order the statuses for your order changes depending on a number of factors including the payment method selected, The product that you have ordered, Stock status, and the carrier selected. Your current order status will dictate whether a cancellation before shipment is possible.

You can quickly check your order status all you need is your order reference number and the email address that was used when the order was placed.

2. When you have found your order check the order status shown against the list above. If the status is one of the allowed cancellation statuses then follow the next step. If your status is one of the statuses no longer eligible for cancellation you would need to return the product via our 30-day return for refund policy. See below

3. If your status is one of the allowed statuses you can cancel the order directly on our website.

At this new screen use the email and order number that you used previously

4. On the next screen find the button which says cancel the order and select it.

5. When cancel order is selected. A new popup will appear. Select the reason for cancellation, and to help us serve you better please provide a detailed explanation. Then agree to the terms and conditions. Click submit

6. The final screen will confirm the submission to our sales team at this point your cancellation request will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Depending on when the request was submitted it may take up to 2 business days for your refund to be applied. Then please allow up to 2 weeks for your card processor to return the funds to your account.
