Our batteries will work for the device that it is supplied for and is built to last as long as the original OEM UPS battery. If you have the battery model number this is usually the best way to identify the correct replacement battery for your device. How difficult is it to actually change the batteries in my UPS unit you may ask. Usually not that difficult step by step instructions can usually be found in the UPS devices manual. Even if you can't find your manual they can usually be downloaded from the manufacturers website. If both your battery and model number of your device is shown in the table below you should be good to order. An easy way to test your UPS batteries to see if they have failed is to remove the batteries from the unit and then measure the voltage across the terminals. A new battery would usually have a voltage of around 13V. One that is Tired and ready for replacement would usually be around 10V to 12V. How long will my new battery last? This is a tough one, there are many factors that will determine your new batteries longevity. As a rough guide you should get around 3 to 5 years out of your new battery. How can I be sure that this battery is safe? ISO 9001 certification means that our factories never take shortcuts with the manufacture of our batteries. All safety components are included. This ensures safe trouble free operation of this replacement battery. The specifications should be the same as or better than the original. We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.
