The battery we supply although a different manufacturer from the original version of the battery, is designed and built to be as robust and as good quality as the original OEM UPS battery. Contact us if there is any doubt as to the fitment of the battery for your device we can select the correct battery for you. If we make the selection you can be assured that if there are any fitment the exchange or return falls to us and we will cover any costs involved. UPS unit's have a recalibration procedure built into their firmware. This involves deep-discharging and recharging the battery while the UPS is in a special test mode. Instructions for triggering such a recalibration will vary according to your UPS manufacturer. You can usually consult the devices handbook for instructions on this procedure. If both your battery and model number of your device is shown in the table below you should be good to order. Our CB Range sealed lead acid products are usually covered by a 12 month warranty unless otherwise stated. Just send the product back to us and a replacement will be sent to you free of charge. The average life of a UPS battery is around three to five years, make sure that your UPS unit's are stored in a cool environment, This will extend the life of the battery. We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

Can we use our own carriers or use our own FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post accounts to ship the order we have placed?

Our intelligent shipping estimation program automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight, distance to the destination, and the chosen shipping service. You'll be shown the available shipping methods, expected transit times, estimated delivery date, and pricing for each service.
It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.

ACCEPTANCE OF INCORRECT ADDRESSING ORDER POLICY
Please be advised that an email confirmation will be sent to you upon placing an order with us. We kindly request that you review the address details provided in this email within 30 minutes of placing the order and inform us immediately of any errors. After this time has passed, we will consider the order as placed and the address details to have been accurately entered into our system.
Please be advised that in the event of an incorrect address being entered and the shipment being returned by the selected carrier, you as the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment and any return costs charged by the selected carrier. Should this occur and you decide to cancel the order or place the order to be shipped again, any refund that may be due to you may be deducted to cover these costs.
