Our batteries will work for the device that it is supplied for and is built to last as long as the original OEM UPS battery. If both your model number and battery number are listed in the product description you can be almost certain that you are ordering the correct battery. If we say it will fit and both these details match your product and it still does not fit we will exchange or refund the battery at our expense. Canadian Batteries always look to provide the best products for your UPS unit's. If you are set on a particular brand we can usually supply your requested type of battery brand. This may involve extra charges depending on the brand but we will always offer the best pricing that we can. To retrofit these replacement batteries is not usually a difficult task. Information is readily available on the internet on how to do this. A quick search of You Tube and you should find a video demonstration of how to install the new batteries in your particular device. Most of our products come with a one-year warranty unless otherwise stated. The one-year warranty that we offer covers any manufacturing defect. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages due to misuse of the battery nor diminishing run time due to normal wear and tear. How long will my new battery last? This is a tough one, there are many factors that will determine your new batteries longevity. As a rough guide you should get around 3 to 5 years out of your new battery. Being an ISO 9001 certified factory means that the CB range of batteries have to be manufactured with only the highest quality components. You can rest assured that the batteries we supply are fully tested in the devices they are designed for and are built with all the same safety protocols as the original OEM battery. We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

Can we use our own carriers or use our own FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post accounts to ship the order we have placed?

Our intelligent shipping estimation program automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight, distance to the destination, and the chosen shipping service. To find out the exact cost of shipping, simply add the desired item/s to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your postal code. You'll be shown the available shipping methods, expected transit times, estimated delivery date, and pricing for each service.
It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.

ACCEPTANCE OF INCORRECT ADDRESSING ORDER POLICY
Please be advised that an email confirmation will be sent to you upon placing an order with us. We kindly request that you review the address details provided in this email within 30 minutes of placing the order and inform us immediately of any errors. After this time has passed, we will consider the order as placed and the address details to have been accurately entered into our system.
Please be advised that in the event of an incorrect address being entered and the shipment being returned by the selected carrier, you as the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment and any return costs charged by the selected carrier. Should this occur and you decide to cancel the order or place the order to be shipped again, any refund that may be due to you may be deducted to cover these costs.
