This battery should be the same or greater capacity than the original battery. We do offer upgrade options on capacity just ask if this is something you require. Choosing the right battery can be an absolute nightmare and for those of you less technically inclined very difficult. We do recommend that you remove the old battery before ordering if at all possible. This really is the best thing to do. Quite a few manufacturers have 2 or 3 different types of battery fitted in one model. We can usually confirm fitment from the battery model number for you. All the batteries we supply are leak proof sealed AGM lead acid batteries. They provide a safe reliable energy source for the UPS device they are designed for. They are long lasting and durable under the harshest of environments. All the models that this battery will fit are shown in the tables below. Check that both the model of your device and battery number match your original battery. Most of our products come with a one-year warranty unless otherwise stated. The one-year warranty that we offer covers any manufacturing defect. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages due to misuse of the battery nor diminishing run time due to normal wear and tear. Different chemistries of batteries have different cycle lives, Sealed Lead Acid usually lasts for around 1000 cycles, although if the battery is fully charged and then fully discharged on every use this will drop to around 200 cycles. All the batteries that we supply that are our CB Range are designed to be as long lasting as the original OEM battery. Our ISO 9001 certified batteries uses high quality components and each cells rating can be seen in the table above. Actual capacity and voltage may vary slightly from the original due to cell availability. This product is designed to replace batteries as shown in the specifications table below. There is a standard that the battery sizes are manufactured to. To be sure your selection is correct just match the dimensions of the battery shown and this will ensure you have selected the correct replacement. Please be advised that some higher capacity batteries are the same size as the standard battery. For example a 12V 9Ah battery is actually the same size as a 12V 7Ah battery. The advantage of a 12V 9Ah battery is that it would give the unit an extra long runtime in the event of a power out. We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

Can we use our own carriers or use our own FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post accounts to ship the order we have placed?

Our intelligent shipping estimation program automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the weight, distance to the destination, and the chosen shipping service. To find out the exact cost of shipping, simply add the desired item/s to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your postal code. You'll be shown the available shipping methods, expected transit times, estimated delivery date, and pricing for each service.
It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.

ACCEPTANCE OF INCORRECT ADDRESSING ORDER POLICY
Please be advised that an email confirmation will be sent to you upon placing an order with us. We kindly request that you review the address details provided in this email within 30 minutes of placing the order and inform us immediately of any errors. After this time has passed, we will consider the order as placed and the address details to have been accurately entered into our system.
Please be advised that in the event of an incorrect address being entered and the shipment being returned by the selected carrier, you as the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment and any return costs charged by the selected carrier. Should this occur and you decide to cancel the order or place the order to be shipped again, any refund that may be due to you may be deducted to cover these costs.
