Most products come with a 1-year warranty. Some products have six months. Details of what is included in our warranty can be seen on our information pages. The average life of a Li-ion battery is around 400 cycles, the same for Lithium Polymer. NiMh should last for about 500 cycles. (A cycle is a discharge and recharge.) Please remember that a cycle will still be used, even if only partially discharged, then recharged. It's always best to run the battery low and recharge when the battery reaches about 10% of its charge left. This will extend the life of the battery. The batteries we supply are manufactured to a very high standard. To keep our ISO 9001 certification, strict protocols need to be followed. This ensures that the replacement batteries are safe to use in the device they were designed for. This battery should meet or exceed the specifications of the original OEM battery. This product is designed to replace batteries, as shown in the specifications table below. Special Remarks:- Regarding "Error 23" When the APP is connected to Roomba i7, "error 23" should not appear when the battery is removed. When the APP is closed or disconnected from Roomba i7, "error 23" will appear when removing the battery and then installing the (CS or original) battery.
Customers are advised to ensure the APP is well connected to the machine to avoid the APP problem. If "error 23" appears after installing the battery, please close the APP; then remove the battery from the machine; after that, press the machine's start button for 10 seconds. And then, reinstall the battery and put it on the charger. Wait for the machine to start automatically. Finally, open the mobile APP to connect the machine. Please ensure that the device manufacturer, The model number, and the battery part number are all listed in our product details. Some manufacturers have more than one battery type fitted in like models. We recommend that you remove the original battery before ordering to confirm this. If you are not sure, we may be able to verify for you. Sometimes there may be a variance in the capacity of our batteries compared to the original. Usually, this depends on the availability of the cells contained within.
