Special Remarks:- Regarding "Error 23" When the APP is connected to Roomba i7, "error 23" should not appear when the battery is removed. When the APP is closed or disconnected from Roomba i7, "error 23" will appear when removing the battery and then installing the (CS or original) battery. Customers are advised to ensure the APP is well connected to the machine to avoid the APP problem. If "error 23" appears after installing the battery, please close the APP; then remove the battery from the machine; after that, press the machine's start button for 10 seconds. And then, reinstall the battery and put it on the charger. Wait for the machine to start automatically. Finally, open the mobile APP to connect the machine.
