Our batteries will work for the device that it is supplied for and is built to last as long as the original OEM UPS battery. Choosing the right battery can be an absolute nightmare and for those of you less technically inclined very difficult. We do recommend that you remove the old battery before ordering if at all possible. This really is the best thing to do. Quite a few manufacturers have 2 or 3 different types of battery fitted in one model. We can usually confirm fitment from the battery model number for you. All the batteries we supply are leak proof sealed AGM lead acid batteries. They provide a safe reliable energy source for the UPS device they are designed for. They are long lasting and durable under the harshest of environments. To retrofit these replacement batteries is not usually a difficult task. Information is readily available on the internet on how to do this. A quick search of You Tube and you should find a video demonstration of how to install the new batteries in your particular device. The warranty we offer is for 12 months, this covers your product against manufacturing defects. If for any reason the product fails within this period we will replace it free of charge once we receive the product back for testing. Different chemistries of batteries have different cycle lives, Sealed Lead Acid usually lasts for around 1000 cycles, although if the battery is fully charged and then fully discharged on every use this will drop to around 200 cycles. ISO 9001 certification ensures that strict manufacturing standards are adhered to. Safety is primary concern and we use only high quality components to ensure that strict standards are met. We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

Can we use our own carriers or use our own FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post accounts to ship the order we have placed?

It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.

We kindly request that you review the address details provided in this email within 30 minutes of placing the order and inform us immediately of any errors. After this time has passed, we will consider the order as placed and the address details to have been accurately entered into our system.
Please be advised that in the event of an incorrect address being entered and the shipment being returned by the selected carrier, you as the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment and any return costs charged by the selected carrier. Should this occur and you decide to cancel the order or place the order to be shipped again, any refund that may be due to you may be deducted to cover these costs.
