To extend your battery life try to avoid the following: -deep discharges, do not expose them to extremes of heat, cold, or humidity. There really is nothing that can be done to avoid deep-discharging your UPS other than living in an area where power outages are few and short. Make sure you check that both your battery model and device are shown the information tables below. An easy way to test your UPS batteries to see if they have failed is to remove the batteries from the unit and then measure the voltage across the terminals. A new battery would usually have a voltage of around 13V. One that is Tired and ready for replacement would usually be around 10V to 12V. If you look after your new battery and only charge the battery when it gets low, This will extend the life of the battery. If the battery is charged too often you will use up the cycle life quickly. All the batteries that we supply that are our CB Range are designed to be as long lasting as the original OEM battery. Our ISO 9001 certified batteries uses high quality components and each cells rating can be seen in the table above. We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

Can we use our own carriers or use our own FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post accounts to ship the order we have placed?

It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.

ACCEPTANCE OF INCORRECT ADDRESSING ORDER POLICY
Please be advised that an email confirmation will be sent to you upon placing an order with us. We kindly request that you review the address details provided in this email within 30 minutes of placing the order and inform us immediately of any errors. After this time has passed, we will consider the order as placed and the address details to have been accurately entered into our system.
Please be advised that in the event of an incorrect address being entered and the shipment being returned by the selected carrier, you as the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment and any return costs charged by the selected carrier.
