I am looking to replace a Dyson battery for my V7 SV11 vacuum. It is 21.6V, 2100mAH - 46Wh. The best match I can find is this Cameron Sino battery which is 2000mAH - 48.8Wh Is this difference important?

The Mah is the capacity to hold a charge. The higher the Mah the longer the runtime between charges. We also carry a 3000mah version of this battery. Click on the link to view. https://www.canadianbatteries.com/dyson/4039-battery-for-dyson-sv11-and-v7-216v-fits-968670-06-3000mah-6480wh.html
