Q: Can I cancel an order that has been placed?

A: You have a very limited time window to do this. We pride ourselves in offering super fast dispatch and delivery, and once the order that you have placed enters our super efficient dispatch process you will not be able to cancel.  Instead, you will need to receive the product and return the product for a refund. If however, the product is on backorder or not entered into our dispatch system you can still cancel. You cannot cancel if the status of your order is any of the following.

1. Shipped
2. Order Being Packed
3. Order Being Packed (Warranty)
4. Order Being Packed (Paypal Request Paid)
