UPS unit's have a recalibration procedure built into their firmware. This involves deep-discharging and recharging the battery while the UPS is in a special test mode. Instructions for triggering such a recalibration will vary according to your UPS manufacturer. You can usually consult the devices handbook for instructions on this procedure. Make sure you check that both your battery model and device are shown the information tables below. If for any reason the product develops a manufacturing defect during the 12 month warranty period we will replace the defective item free of charge. You should expect for your new battery to last for between 200 and 1000 cycles. A cycle can be described as a full charge and discharge. Different chemistries can be charged and discharged a different amount of times. If you are looking for a High quality replacement battery with ISO 9001 certifications in place then look no further. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.

It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. Transit times should be calculated only on business days and not include weekends and holidays. Depending on product availability, this may postpone the actual shipping dates.
We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.

We kindly request that you review the address details provided in this email within 30 minutes of placing the order and inform us immediately of any errors. Please be advised that in the event of an incorrect address being entered and the shipment being returned by the selected carrier, you as the purchaser will be responsible for covering the cost of the shipment and any return costs charged by the selected carrier.
