Dyson battery do's and dont's
1. Do not operate the vacuum while the battery is on the charger.
2. Do not leave the battery dormant for extended periods of time. The battery should be used at least once every two to three weeks.
3. If you are going to store this battery for any length of time, store it fully charged and then recharge it within 8 - 12 weeks.
4. If your Dyson still cuts out at max suction after you replace the battery. - Clean all your filters this is probably the issue.
Please keep any screws from the old battery as we do not supply replacements with this model.

We are unable to offer a warranty on once-using batteries. The runtime of this battery is dictated by the current that the application it is used in draws. Please make sure that you order the correct battery for your application as there are NO RETURNS accepted on this product once the battery has been delivered.
