Our battery should have the same exact dimensions and fitment as the original battery, the fit and finish is checked before dispatch. Choosing the right battery can be an absolute nightmare and for those of you less technically inclined very difficult. We do recommend that you remove the old battery before ordering if at all possible. This really is the best thing to do. Quite a few manufacturers have 2 or 3 different types of battery fitted in one model. We can usually confirm fitment from the battery model number for you. How difficult is it to actually change the batteries in my UPS unit you may ask. Usually not that difficult step by step instructions can usually be found in the UPS devices manual. Even if you can't find your manual they can usually be downloaded from the manufacturers website. To retrofit these replacement batteries is not usually a difficult task. Information is readily available on the internet on how to do this. A quick search of You Tube and you should find a video demonstration of how to install the new batteries in your particular device. If for any reason the product develops a manufacturing defect during the 12 month warranty period we will replace the defective item free of charge. If you look after your new battery and only charge the battery when it gets low, This will extend the life of the battery. If the battery is charged too often you will use up the cycle life quickly. It's important to note that in-transit times and delivery dates are the best estimates provided by the respective carriers. Once we hand off the package to the carriers, we have limited power over the package and responsibility for carrier or weather-related delays is passed to them. We strive to ship most orders by the next business day, but some products, such as sealed lead acid batteries, may take longer. If there is a delay longer than five days, we'll notify you. Please note that we can only ship to PO Boxes with Canada Post, as FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes. We require at least one business day for order processing.
