I recently ordered a replacement battery for my Dyson DC30 hand vacuum. The part arrived as promised, was well wrapped and physically in excellent condition. Unfortunately, it was dead on arrival and would not take a charge.

I contacted Michelle on the help chat line and she arranged for a replacement promptly. This unit worked great and seems to have a longer run time than the OEM part. All I wanted was a working unit and I wasn't hassled about returning or proving the unit was defective. Trust in business is a rare commodity these days.

I'm impressed with the integrity of Canadian Batteries and their desire to satisfy the customer. Will definitely order again when I have additional requirements. show less

Purchased replacement battery for older model cordless phone from local retail store. Everything on the packaging looks correct, but the batter was a 1/4 inch too short. Went to your web site and liked that all the Panasonic phone model numbers were listed. On-line order placed on Sunday, delivered to my door on Tuesday. Your battery fits perfectly and charge time is excellent. Even after shipping costs, the total was slightly less than the retail store. Fast shipping and good email notifications on the status of my order. Also like that it ships from Canada and cost is in Canadian dollars. show less
