Cameron Sino products are usually covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Just send the product back to us, and a replacement will be sent to you free of charge. The average life of a Li-ion battery is around 400 cycles; This is the same for Lithium Polymer. Nimh should last for about 500 cycles. (A cycle is a discharge and recharge.) Please remember that a cycle will still be used, even if only partially discharged, then recharged. It's always best to run the battery low and recharge when it reaches about 10% of it's charge left.
